Charlotte Potatoes

Our Charlotte potatoes are a true field favourite. Each year we plant between half and one acre as part of our carefully managed rotational system, giving the crop space to grow and helping maintain healthy, balanced soils. Our land particularly suits Charlotte, producing smooth-skinned potatoes with a firm texture and rich, buttery flavour. They hold their shape beautifully when cooked, making them perfect for salads, steaming, boiling or light roasting. Grown at field scale and harvested with care, these are proper, flavour-filled potatoes. Sold by the kilogram so you can enjoy as many as you need.
