With tender dark green leaves and striking stems in shades of red, yellow, and gold, it’s as beautiful as it is versatile. Perfect for sautéing, adding to soups, or enjoying simply steamed with a drizzle of olive oil, rainbow chard has a mild, earthy flavour similar to spinach with a slightly sweet crunch in the stems. Grown using organic, stock-free methods, our chard is harvested fresh to retain maximum flavour and nutrition. Seasonal, local, and rooted in Exmoor.
