Salad Bags

Our salad bags 100g are a vibrant, ever-changing mix of fresh leaves grown here on Exmoor using regenerative methods. Each bag is harvested by hand and reflects what’s thriving in the field at that moment — which means no two weeks are exactly the same. Depending on the season, you might find crisp lettuces, tender baby leaves, peppery mustards, rocket, oriental greens, or delicate herbs. We grow in living soil, building fertility with green manures and compost made from our own meadow cuttings and woodchip, so the flavour is clean, balanced, and deeply nourishing. We don’t promise a fixed recipe — we promise freshness, diversity, and leaves picked at their best. Available varieties will change throughout the year according to weather and growing conditions.
